Some information about myself
I’m Alwin John, from the place known as “Venice of the East” - Alappuzha, Kerala.
I work as a Software Engineer II at Atlan on the frontend, shipping config-driven UIs for data workflows. Day-to-day that means UI polish, design-engineering crossover, and building things end-to-end rather than just pieces.
On the side I’m building MalabarJS - a JavaScript community in Kerala. I write at blog.alwinjohn.com and blog.malabarjs.org.
Off-screen: fingerstyle guitarist on YouTube, I shoot and edit for fun, read a lot, and play PC games the old-fashioned way.
